Park View Hotel ★★★

The room was clean, beautiful and larger than we imagined. Convenient location

Breakfast is poor and needs to be changed frequently.

Great outlook from Level 6 and surprisingly quiet. An easy stroll to Singapore’s icons with bus stop outside and close to MRT stations. Very functional room with fridge, kettle and rainhead shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast options are good and changed daily. Our pillows were too firm so easily rectified at reception the next morning. For our first stay here it’s highly recommended.

Near from the center. Singapore price/money value is one of the best places. If you want sometging cheaper you have to go far from the city center... No problem, very good public transport in the city. Breakfast ok

The location is very good. The rooms without window are somewhat a challenge but it was our choice. The stuff was super friendly. We are happy with the hotel overall.

Everything was excellent. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and the location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions.

Great buffet breakfasts, clean and decently appointed room, helpful and polite staff, central location close to public transport.

The location of the hotel is good. Little india, Arab street and Bugis street are just walking distance. The cleanliness was excellent . The room was overall comfortable.

I had a bad experience when checking in the hotel. The receptionist claim that we haven’t settle the full payment of the hotel and asked for another 800 SGD. But we had actually paid the full amount for the stay. Even after i have showed the black and white printed invoice of the payment. I showed the message from the bank deduction of the payment yet she was claiming to call the bank. And yes I did so for clarification as i knew i have made the payment, i contacted the bank and they claim it has been deducted. And then she ask me to contact booking.com and i continue calling booking.com. Even booking.com claimed that the payment has been fully done. Luckily booking.com contacted the hotel and settle it for us. And yet she showed us a sour face and did not apologise. Throughout the stay the other staffs were very nice and friendly except of her. It took me about 45mins to solve this problem. My parents were panicking as 800 SDG is a huge amount.

Location was excellent. I think the "Park View" days are numbered, the digger's are in!

A Simple Buffet breakfast menu ,,,quite ample,,Cereals,Eggs,Toast,Baked Beans,Noodles,Rice,Vegetable Rolls, Coffee,Tea,Cold Milk,Fruit Juice,,,although the same each day,still plenty of choice to vary daily,,

There is no Laundry Service available,, There was some Staff who did not speak or understand English,, The main clientele appeared to be from Mainland China,,

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and very central close to MRT Bugis and several bus stops. Breakfast is not excellent but fine. Price is reasonable.

Rooms are very small (which is actually quite normal for Singapore) and mattress is quite soft.
